Overview
Every year Varaždin hosts the traditional student barbecue: two days, over 1000 students. This year it was organised by the Student Council of the Faculty of Organization and Informatics.
I built the web app students used to sign up for games and activities matching their interests.
What it does
- 01Custom sign-up form with stored registrations
- 02Real-time overview and management of participants
- 03Automatic grouping by interests and available activities
- 04Admin panel for organisers to coordinate the event
It made logistics far easier during the event. Next step: adapting it for other student events across Croatia.
